- If the OS is upgraded but the scanner driver remains installed, scanning by pressing the SCAN button on the Printer may not be possible after the upgrade. if so, reinstall the scanner driver.
- When the MP Driver installation is stopped by the following actions with the connection waiting screen, install it again. The installation does not complete even if the USB cable is plugged back in or the power supply is turned on again . To cancel the installation or To plug in the USB cable. etc,
- Scanning from the printer scan button does not work when the connection is changed from a network connection to a USB connection. Uninstall and Install MP Driver again in Windows, and change the connection method.
